The Academic staff union of universities today had a meeting with the federal government to discuss the ongoing strike of the union

The meeting seems to end in deadlock with no agreements reached ,on their terms the Federal government begged the Academic staff union of university to kindly submit their requests and resume academics as the Federal government will include their demands in the next year budgets come 2023

Reacting to the news the academic staff union refused to adhere to the plea of the Federal government led by the person of President Muhammado Buhari .
