Ninalowo Bolanle’s Biography and Early Life
Bolanle Ninalowo, fondly called Nino, was born into a Muslim family, which he later on changed to the Christian religion. Nino was born on May 7th, 1980 in Ikorodu, Lagos, Nigeria and is of Yoruba descent.
Ninalowo is the second of the eight children of his parents. (Alhaji Jamu Ninalowo and Alhaja Rualate Ninalowo). He had his primary and secondary education in Nigeria, and at the age of 15, he moved to Chicago, US, to continue his education.
Bolanle had his university education at Devry University, Chicago,Illinois, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in accounting. He proceeded to Keller Graduate School of Management and graduated with a degree in Marketing.
Bolanle’s Career and Earnings
Bolanle started off as an accountant at a reputable bank in the US, General Growth Properties, Chicago. He relocated back to Nigeria at age 30, and continued as an accountant at one of the Guaranty Trust Bank branches.
He worked as an accountant and in the music industry before venturing into the Nigerian film industry, Nollywood.
After some time, he ventured into music by starting up his own record label, Diesel Music. The label, however, didn’t record any success, and this resulted in it collapsing.
Due to his interest in acting, Bolanle delved into acting and joined the Nollywood industry. He drew his inspiration from Nollywood veteran Richard Mofe Damijo (RMD) and
Bolanle’s debut movie is “Rebirth” and was released in 2010. Rebirth was an awareness film about HIV and the stigma it brings to its carriers. Bolanle rose to stardom after his movie role in “Desperate Baby Mama.”
Bolanle took a break from acting three years into his career to launch another of his businesses. Being an entreprenuer and a sharp-witted businessman, he established Nino Global Technology.
Nino Global Technology is a UK-based tech company that oversees the production of educational tablets for children, school apps, software, and some other necessary children’s gadgets. Afterwards, Ninalowo launched his own perfume brand, which was created in collaboration with Nino Global Technology.
Ninalowo also manages his family’s car dealership company that was handed over to him and his siblings.
